Our prices include the initial upload of your floorplans. However, we also offer tailored support packages for our larger clients. For larger clients we offer implementation services to rollout the product across your offices.

For under 500 desks we can get your environment up and running in less than a week post contract signing (this is dependent on number of clients currently being onboarded).

Our former parent company has been building bespoke facilities management software for some of the world’s largest companies for almost two decades. HotDeskPlus was created in 2018 to provide a simple intuitive cost effect office management system.

A user with an admin access will be able to make all of those changes. We provide an admin guide and tutorial videos to help your admin doing this. However, if you’d like us to do this for you, you can ask us about our managed support services.
