What was the challenge?

We moved office in 2019 and engaged with a space measurement/management company to reduce the amount of desks that were needed for the number of staff we had. We also adopted an agile working method. As our new office was spread over 3 floors, there was initial concern from department managers that their teams would not be sitting together. We set up neighbourhoods to help with this but also thought a desk booking system would help counter any problems.

How did you make your people feel more comfortable about returning to the office?

So far so good, any problems that I’ve had, mainly at the beginning, are investigated and resolved to satisfaction.
