What was the challenge?

We had a mixture of full-time office based employees and consultants working between the client and our office. We originally introduced HotDesk+ for those working between locations due capacity levels. Since moving to a hybrid working policy, we now use HotDesk+ for the whole office which works well considering the growth of the firm.

HD+ works really well for us and the support team are very responsive and have made various changes to our floorplans in a timely manor.
